We hope you're as excited as we are! Make sure to complete this checklist before your arrival this fall.

    ACCEPT YOUR FINANCIAL AID AWARD
    Visit your to accept, reduce or decline any loans that have been offered to you. Students will also need to complete the master promissory note and loan entrance counseling at millikin.edu/loans by August 1 to ensure loan funds appear on their first statement.

    SUBMIT FINAL TRANSCRIPTS
    We must have your final transcripts from your high school with your graduation date. If you have dual-credit courses, we must have official transcripts from that college or university. Transcripts should be sent via mail or electronically to the Office of Admission.

    RESERVE HOUSING
    All students must live in approved housing for at least three years. Log on to your to make your housing selection on eRezLife or submit the Off-Campus Housing Petition.

    CHECK YOUR MILLIKIN EMAIL ADDRESS DAILY 
    Beginning July 1, your Millikin email address will serve as the primary source for campus communications.

    PICK UP STUDENT ID CARD
    Visit our IT Help Desk in Shilling Hall, Room 106.

    CHECK OUT BIG BLUE ACCESS: MILLIKIN鈥橲 ONLINE BOOKSTORE 
    Students are automatically enrolled in the program with the option to opt out. Details about pickup of physical materials will be communicated prior to the first day of classes. Learn more at millikin.edu/bookstore.

    PARKING
    Register your vehicle through myMillikin, and pick up your parking pass at Millikin's Office of Public Safety, located in Walker Hall.

    UPLOAD IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
    Immunization records must be submitted prior to starting classes. Once you have registered for classes, you will be able to log in to , type 鈥淯pload Immunizations鈥 and upload your documents.

    SET UP AN AUTHORIZED USER 
    Students can grant others access to see their student account activity and make payments. You can set up anyone as an Authorized User on your account in the student payment portal (MU Account Suite) by entering your name and email address and granting them access. Access the MU Account Suite at .

    DOWNLOAD DUO MOBILE
    This multi-factor authentication tool secures student information. Students must download the Duo App to their personal phone to receive push notifications. Learn more about setting up Duo Mobile .
