14 – Tenure materials due to Director

Faculty self-evaluations due to Directors

18-22 – New Student Welcome Week

19 – Opening Faculty Workshop

25 – Fall 2025 Semester Begins (16-week courses)

Course Syllabi due via email to Dean's Office

29 – Final Spring 2026 schedule due in Deans' Offices

Deadline for Winter 2026 proposals

31 – Last day to add/drop 16-week course

Last day to add/drop 1st 8-week course

September

1 – Labor Day - No Classes

2 – Fall Classes Resume

12 – Last day for P/F option for the 1st 8-week course

14 – Director forwards a summary of School recommendation on approval/denial of promotion/tenure case to Dean

21 – Response (if any) from applicant to Director regarding promotion/tenure letter

Spring 2026 Schedule released to campus and Akademos

22 – Director Evaluations of Faculty Due to Dean(s)

29 – Faculty begin to enter textbook adoptions in Akademos

October

3 – Last day for PF option for 16-week course

Last day to WITHDRAW from 8-week course

3-5 – Homecoming

13 – Campus Visit

14 – Deans submit their recommendation(s) to approve/deny candidate's promotion/ tenure along with their portfolio to the Provost

17 – Faculty book adoptions due to Akademos

End of 1st 8-week courses

Spring & Summer Inc. grades due 5pm

20 – 2nd 8-week courses begin

21 – Response (if any) from applicant on Dean's letter on promotion/tenure

23-26 – Fall Recess - No Classes

24 – Midterm grades are due 1st 8-week grades due 12:00 pm

Deans' evaluations for Faculty due to Provost

26 – Last day to add/drop 2nd 8-week course

27 – Classes resume

28 – Provost convenes the Advisory Committee on promotion/tenure and forwards to the committee the recommendations from the the Director and the candidate's portfolio

November

7 – Last day for P/F option for 2nd 8-week course

8 – Campus Visit Day

11 – Scheduling Day - NO Daytime Classes

12-14 – Early Registration for Winter Immersion 2026 and Spring 2026

14 – Spring adjunct contract requests due to Provost

18 – Last day to WITHDRAW from 16-week course

24-30 – Fall Break - No Classes

28 – Last day to WITHDRAW from 2nd 8-week course

30 – Academic leave requests due to Deans
