DECATUR, Ill. — community demonstrated its passion and pride in a big way during the recent , raising $104,865 from 375 donations in support of Millikin student-athletes.
The campaign more than doubled its original fundraising goal of $50,000, reflecting the strong connection between Millikin Athletics and its alumni, families, fans and supporters. Funds raised through the campaign will directly support student-athletes and the resources that help them succeed in both competition and the classroom.

The “All Heart, All In” campaign celebrated the passion and dedication that define athletic programs. From the practice fields to campus classrooms and into the Decatur community, Big Blue student-athletes embody values of commitment, teamwork and pride.
“This incredible response shows just how deeply people care about Big Blue Athletics and our student-athletes,” said Lori Kerans, Vice President for Athletics and Community Engagement. “Our alumni, families, fans and friends truly went all in for our programs. Their generosity will create meaningful opportunities for our student-athletes and strengthen the experiences that define Millikin Athletics.”

Rick Darnell, Vice President of University Advancement, noted that the success of the campaign demonstrates growing engagement among Millikin supporters and will help build momentum for future fundraising efforts.
“The success of the ‘All Heart, All In’ campaign is an exciting example of what happens when the Millikin community rallies behind our students,” Darnell said. “Seeing more than 300 donors come together to exceed this goal shows the strength of our alumni and supporter network. That kind of energy and generosity helps build momentum for future campaigns and ensures we can continue investing in the experiences that make Millikin special.”
The campaign also encouraged supporters to share their Big Blue pride by following the stories of Millikin student-athletes and celebrating the impact of athletics across the University.
